GBL Interiors collaborated closely with the architectural team to bring to life a modern, 24-story residential building that seamlessly blends with the vibrant character of this up-and-coming neighborhood. Featuring both market and affordable housing suites, alongside two commercial levels, this development offers a dynamic living experience. Situated just one block south of Metrotown and steps from Maywood Park, Kinnee Park, and David Grey Park, residents will enjoy the convenience of a walkable community with access to green spaces and urban amenities.

In addition to the main building, GBL Interiors designed the marketing presentation centre. This space was thoughtfully crafted with the overall project in mind, incorporating design elements that tell a cohesive and engaging story. The use of raw materials such as wood and stone adds depth and warmth, while the contrast between smooth and textured surfaces offers a unique, tactile experience for prospective buyers, showcasing the quality and vision behind the development.
