Ashleigh

The three-building Ashleigh project replaces eight (8) single-family homes with over 133 residential homes in the Cambie Corridor. As part of this development, over 35' of the south end of the site will be dedicated to the City of Vancouver to extend West 35th Avenue from Cambie Street westward. The project consists of three (3) small-footprint buildings, with the north and central buildings set at four storeys, while the south is at six storeys. All three buildings are related, with similar materials and massing; however, the facade, rhythm and balconies are utilized to help individualize each building. The frontage along Ash Street is repeated on the lane - essentially removing the notion of a 'front and back'.
