Concord Gardens

Concord Gardens is a multi-phased master planned development in north Richmond. This new community is connected by an infrastructure upgrade which includes two new city streets above an expansive single level of parking that services the entire development. A large centralised amenity complex provides an abundance of on-site recreational facilities for the residents, in addition to a 70,000sf community park that tiers down the west edge of the site.
