Encore

Encore is the second tower in Beedie's Fraser Mills development. Fraser Mills is the first waterfront community in Coquitlam, transforming a former industrial sawmill into a vibrant, riverfront community over the next two decades. The community will comprise 5,500 new homes, commercial and light industrial space, a new community centre, and two child care facilities. The first child care facility is part of Encore and was an integral part of the project planning. Along with the child care, stacked townhomes and condos wrap the above-grade parking podium. Both the podium and 33-storey tower take cues from the industrial heritage and riverfront in their architectural expression. Metal, brick, and vertical fins are composed to reference stacked lumber and log booms that were prevalent in the site's past.
