Prelude

Prelude was the very first mixed-use residential project to be approved and built under the Cambie Corridor Plan, comprising of 52 strata residential units and 4 commercial retail units at grade. The main building is dived into three tiers; a commercial base, typical mid-level units, and an upper penthouse level, unified by a layered banding that wraps back and forth within the building massing. Two separate individual townhouses front onto the lane, encapsulating a private linear courtyard for the residents. A mid-block pedestrian connection aligned along the north property link provides public pedestrian access between Cambie Street and Tisdall Park to the West.
