Richard is a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with over 20 years of progressive responsibility within the Greater Vancouver development industry. He has a proven record of delivering large-scale and highly complex commercial and residential projects on time and on budget. 

After joining GBL in 2019 as a Senior Project Manager, his diverse experience, strong project management skills and exceptional work ethic enabled Richard to quickly adapt to the new environment and become an integral part of GBL as an Associate. He approaches each project with unwavering dedication and professionalism. His proactive and collaborative management style builds trust and strong relationships within GBL, and with Consultants and Clients alike.
