Richard Villalobos

With over 30 years of comprehensive training, strong organizational ability, and problem-solving skills, Richard has developed extensive experience in project management, job cost estimation, contract administration, and construction details covering a full range of building typologies. He has exceptional interaction with clients and contractors, committing dedication and professionalism to all facets of his work. 

Richard received his BA in Architecture with outstanding GPA from the University of Zulia, Venezuela in 1994 and joined GBL in February of 2016, where he works efficiently providing outstanding results to the clients from concept through to completion.
