With 20 years of professional experience, Daniel Dirscherl brings a holistic approach to architecture, design, and technical production. His diverse portfolio spans a variety of scales and typologies, including single-family homes, complex mixed-use community developments, and retail commercial buildings. He has also led design teams on significant municipal and regional infrastructure projects.
Daniel is deeply committed to simplicity and material integrity. His design philosophy emphasizes an iterative process shaped by historical, social, and geographical contexts, executed with technical precision and a dedication to craftsmanship.
Daniel holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Architectural Science from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He is a registered architect and Certified Professional with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC), and a member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC).
In addition to his professional practice, Daniel serves on the City of Surrey Advisory Design Panel and actively mentors aspiring architects through the AIBC Internship in Architecture Program (IAP).
