Gerardo Peschard
Associate, Architect AIBC, MRAIC, CPHD
Gerardo joined the GBL team in 2017. He is responsible for design development, including direct communication with clients and the corresponding authorities having jurisdiction, as well as project management, producing and preparing construction drawings and 3D models (BIM) while also coordinating both the design team and consultants. With over 20 years of experience in the architectural field, his experience includes mixed-use, corporate office, residential, hotel and residential care building design and he has managed several projects from conceptual and schematic design until construction documentation completion. He is responsible, dependable, passionate about creating spaces that enhance the user’s experience and always focused on achieving remarkable results working as part of a team or individually.
Gerardo is a registered Architect in BC and Mexico, a member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada and a Certified Passive House Designer. He has been involved in various LEED certified buildings and is familiar with sustainable design projects of different types.
